We will take returns within 14 days.

You should get a refund within 14 days of either us receiving the item/s back, or of you providing evidence of postage i.e. a proof of postage receipt from the post office. 

We take every care when we select and check our products. Please note;

  • Our items are preloved and therefore may have some signs of previous wear.
  • We aim to provide detailed descriptions and photographs so you can be sure of what you will be receiving.
  • We endeavour to show items as they are in photos and represent their true colour and condition. Please make allowances that computer screens  and electronic devices do vary the colour of items.
  • We recommend you check sizing information with the brand in question as we document what is on the item label, some of our brands allow for a fit over cloth nappies and are roomier than expected.

Please ensure you have read the description and checked the images prior to purchasing your items. You will be responsible for the cost of a return, we recommend that you select a method of delivery that is tracked or recorded. 


Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or damaged in the post we ask that in the case of damage, that you send pictures so we can see how we can improve and then if appropriate we can offer a refund.

If and item is lost or damaged you will need to submit a claim to Royal Mail, we are able to give documentation to support your claim. 

Sadly as most of our items are unique we are unable to offer replacement items.
